Archiving and Self-Archiving Policy
The Publisher provides archiving of all the articles and their meta-data (titles, key words, abstracts, authors’ information, references in Russian and English) published in HSE University Journal of International Law.
Archiving, indexing and depositing of the articles are performed by the Scientific Electronic Library (eLIBRARY), as well as on the RCSI Journals Platform.
The critical provision of archiving is free open access of readers to the full texts of all articles.
The Publisher recognizes the authors’ right to self-archiving of their articles after such articles have been published on the website of HSE JIL. Self-archiving can be performed by posting the article (or a part of the article):
- on a personal website, blog, social media pages of the author;
- though institutional repository;
- by sending the article to open repositories of scientific information and open libraries throughout the world.
In all cases of self-archiving acknowledgement to the original source of publication in HSE University Journal of International Law and an active link to the published article on the Journal’s website or the eLIBRARY website should be given. For convenience, all published papers comprise ready-to-use reference information “For citation”.
